Usually, Solid Staple Fibres of 3dn, 6dn & 15dn are used for making Geo-Textile membrane fabrics which is used to reinforce soil & prevent it from damage. Mostly, Geo Textiles used in Construction of Roads & Dams.
A polyester fibre blended with a bicomponent low melt, or chemical bond, is used to produce high loft wadding. The fibre used is normally a solid fibre. Depending on the application, hollow or hollow conjugated fibre also recommended.
PSF by adding special masterbatches such as anti microbial, anti bacterial, anti-odor are used to make Medical Cloths, Diapers etc.
For insulation, polyester low melt bonder fibre is blend with other type of fibres to make insulation layers. However, with a certain mix of hollow fibres, insulation as well as resilience can be improved.
Special Harsh feeling Staple fibres of 15dn, 25dn & 40dn are used to make scrub pads for scratch free cleaning of stainless steel and other metal utensils.
For Ring Spinning system, 1.2 dn to 3 dn Solid PSF in various cut length is offered in O.W, S.O.W, D.D.B & Dope-Dyed colors to make spun threads for weaving & Stitching applications.
Normally, solid siliconised fibres are used to make artificial fur fabrics for making soft toys, blackest, nags & other fabrics.
For Automotive applications, we are offering PSF in a number of dope dyed shades in the denier ranges from 3dn to 15dn.
Because Firmness & good resilience is required for filling of cushion, pillows, duvets, quilts, toys and many other products, we have special hollow fibres with Non silicon & silicon finish to give nice touch and feelings.
Normally 1.5dn to 6dn fibres are used in filtration industry for various end use.
